They are a commodity based nation yes. But oil hit the lowest its ever going to be this year. The russian govt sees oil dropping again to maybe 40 but after that barring the invention of cold fusion there is really nothing that will hold back their economy. Everything else you stated is bad for the population as a whole but in the world of fiat currencies, it doesn't mean shit for their economy.
