The first one I didn't know too well, and I'm not interested in hooking up with someone I have no personal connection to.
The Second one was a good friend, but she was pretty ditzy, so I didn't take it.
The Third one I took up, because she seemed pretty cool, although we were awkward as hell, as that was my first relationship, and it ended up breaking down.

I used to do tae kwon do, got a blackbelt, although I stopped after I moved. I do fencing now, and enjoy it a lot more. Maybe it was just the studios that I tried, but tae kwon do wasn't nearly as dynamic as I realized I wanted it to be

TKD kicks the hardest out of every martial art besides capoeira and for capoeira you have to swing your entire body in rhythm (that's why it's called dance fighting). If you use it right, TKD is practical IRL.

Is that a thing that happens?

I went through a phase when I was 15 where I legitimately believed I was the only real person and everything around me was just a creation of my own imagination.

I also theorized that there was some group sedating me in this imagination (kind of like the Animus from Assassin's Creed) and events and thoughts I had were influenced by them, so whenever I thought "I should do this" I'd stop and say "No, that's what THEY want me to do" so I wouldn't do it out of angst and spite.
