I was reading recently on /g/ about the real deal way to set up encryption, it is basically a volume inside a volume.
if they detect you have a volume, you give them one key and not the second, the second volume is indistinguishable from background data. That way you surrender a key, but they find nothing... Otherwise they can ping you for failing to disclose your password.

I detest kiddy fiddlers, but I am appalled that your private data can be accessed with a weak warrant. Once data gets admitted as evidence, it is viewed by so many people that legitimate corporate and private data is shared/
