The cigs are the easy part, man.
Put a few in a small opaque bag or container and hide them in a pencil pouch.
Take the guts out of a fat pen and stick your cig inside.
Don't try to hide a whole pack.
It's the lighter that's harder to hide.
Unless you wear baggy pants you can't just keep it in your pocket.
