5. There are numerous firma right now who have submitted bids to construct the wall, even some mexican ones. It would be quite silly for a construction company to look at a design realize it is impossible, some how get an estimate for how much they think they can construct the project for, then submit their bid to undertake the impossible job.

As president, I could effectively end illegal immigration without building any walls, without any enforcement, without any patrols.
And my policy would lower prices and improve the economy at the same time.

It's simple.
First, limit their access to the civil court system. You have to be a legal citizen or green card holder to sue.
Second, quit prosecuting crimes against illegals. That way, citizens can enslave illegals all they want, treat them as they wish.
Only the most egregious crimes against them would be prosecuted.

Most illegals would self deport, solving the problem. Those who remain would work as slaves - with all the economic benefits of slavery. Namely, lower prices and higher profits for those who utilize them.
