You would die of tar in lungs before you would die of the actually marijuana, and as long as your vaporizing you won't get any tar whatsoever. You could sooner drink too much water and die... Weed absolutely cannot cause harm to you, and it will also heal your mind and body. Look for real studies and scholarly sources online for information before shit talking what you don't know about.

Better comparison would be weed vs coffee. Or tea. Both of which are now classified as carcinogens. (Abusing your mouth with hot water is a big risk factor in oral cancers).
