100mg is a good first time dose. The first time is really fucking intense. It can get overwhelming if you take much more than that. I would highly advise against taking anything else with it, even weed, and especially not alcohol. That's how people die. Take 100mg and take frequent sips of water throughout the night. cannabis won't cause any issues mixing with mdma.. it's not a good idea to drink alcohol while on mdma, it can be very dangerous. take 200 miligrams at most. i would split the gram up into 5 equal doses if you don't have a very accurate scale. don't take more than 200 mg a day.. it becomes neurotoxic and you can get serotonin syndrome.

I drop M every weekend, here's my tips for first time...
how much to do? this heavily depends on your source/batch... I've had 0.1 of one batch hit me harder than 0.3 of another. I suggest sticking with 1.5 tops your first time, start with 0.1 and wait an hour and a half and drop the other 0.5. don't overdo it your first time your body doesn't know what to expect. you may feel the need to shit when you're really high. don't heavily mix your first time. maybe 2-3 drinks, but don't get absolutely drunk. you wanna be in control. I don't smoke weed but many people use it AT THE END of the night to help with the come down.
