I have no respect for either of my parents. Their marriage is awful, and they should have gotten a divorce a long time ago. My mom never seemed to care about me considering a lot of the awful things she said to me as a child. She belittled me, making me think that I would never amount to anything while praising my older brother for being the star child. She knew that I was suicidal, but never cared to do anything about it. I know she knew because she would only tell me that I'm spoiled and unappreciative to be that way. I have never celebrated mothers day, and probably won't unless I have a good mother in law some day.
