SUMMONING OLDFAGS OF /B/
im turning 38 soon and i feel like shit
2 kids, youngest is turning 3 soon.
eversince the second one i've felt gradually shittier.
tired all the time, feeling lightheaded, drop in libido, can't last as long in bed, hemoroids ... etc ...
been fit my whole life without really trying and always had high libido and good health so it's worrying me.
is it just what being old feels like ?
pic unrelated
bump
>tired all the time, feeling lightheaded, drop in libido, can't last as long in bed, hemoroids ... etc ...
Eat homemade stuff, more water, more vitamins (B and D), more walk and sunlight. To be specific, try broth, jam and pickled vegetables; all must be homemade. I heard good things about sauerkraut for libido.
>feeling lightheaded
Read about Lectin and Histamine. Look into seasonal allergies or sleep apnea.
>drop in libido
Burn that extra weight, strong starches, good sleep schedule and more protein helps. Spices can cure it to a degree especially ginger and saffron.
>is it just what being old feels like ?
Yes.

Have you been exercising?
Hydrated properly?
Sleeping correctly?

Additional stuff: iodine and salts are also important to feed your thyroid. Cut sunflower oil and return to coconut oil, olive oil and butter. You'll see when you read about "lectin avoidance" and "high histamine avoidance" shits. Homemade natural food (especially any fermented stuff you can make like vinegar, pickles, kraut whatever are invaluable) gives you much more well being than any brand you can find on the shelves.

Prolonged anti-biotic usage revealed that I'm allergic to pistachio. I have allergies but never knew I was also allergic to that shit. So, there you go.

All three of those are huge. Staying hydrated is easy, but try to start exercising more. Testosterone levels rise after exercise so that may help with the libido, and it makes going to sleep easier too.

What's that fetish called where a girl lets a bird poop on her butt?
>>732547467
not op but how would you excersise when you need the energy for work? tried a small workout in addition to chores before work one day and fell asleep while driving home. almost hit a tree.

Check your testosterone levels.

Needs more healthy fats aka seafood and olive oil.
>before work
Start with weekends, spare one day only. Going to work is enough of a chore it is. Try to increase the time spent and spread it over the week.
When you get done rearing the children you can sleep more then be able to exercise more, and you can worry more about yourself. Just let them grow, it only takes till their 18 and you can kick em out.

This.
I say try sorghum and onion combination. Throw in some pomegranate for vascular health and vitamin C benefits. Honey for its virility boosting effects. Grapefruit for its vit-C and slower digestion for improved effects. You can throw in beetroots and cruciferous veggies (broccoli) for chelation. Fava beans to keep yourself calm, garlic to keep your blood pressure right, fresh parsley for bad breathe.
I'd say go for a cold soup, salad or some sort of jam from what I laid here
