I have taken adderall for years. When I super abuse it (or actually - more often - I fucking forget that Ive taken it and take more) I get panic attacks.. which it really sounds like what is happening.

140 heart is not that high (especially for young person). That's lower then you get doing cardio.

This is not to minimize.. panic attacks - especially the first times you get them - are fucking terrifying. Follow the ting tips the other anon gave - they really work. Couple other things:

2. It's not uncommon to feel tightness in chest, tingling/coldness in the feet and hands. It feels like what you think a heat attack would feel like. But its not. If she can concentrate and control her breathing without howling in pain she isnt having a heart attack.

3. Females in their 20s rarely get heart attacks unless they have some serious underlying issues. It is very rare for the heart too overexert and explode itself. Most hearth attacks/strokes are from blood clots due to other reasons. 300mg amphetamine over 6 hours will not kill a young person who doesn't have underlying heart disease for some sort.

After waking up, I manged to fool the docs that I was ok so they let me out early.. but as I was talking to docs, this Demon named Roosevelt was talking making fun of me telling me that they weren't going to believe me and I had to keep telling him to shut up in my mind as I was making jokes with the attending and they 6 med students following him around on rounds.

Took about 2 weeks for the voices to stop.
