She tried to say I cashed paychecks I didn't so I deposited them online.

I was going to take her to court though, I was very polite and reasonable in my email correspondence and she was not which worked in my favor.

I had paystubs and a lawyer lined up, I had witnesses and people to corroborate me not having cashed them. She basically tried to screw me out of a thousand dollars, said she wouldn't reissue them like I asked, said she'd fight my claims and take me to court because I was trying to commit fraud.
