i remember being at the mall with an ex of mine and a friend. We were outside of a pet store and there were like 6 kids all in the super wheelchairs. none of them were able to speak, only make loud yelling noises. their handler looked like she wanted to die.

I cannot even fathom living like that or even how its even humane. i would rather die than never be able to do a single thing for myself, never speaking, never being able to wipe my own ass, never being able to live anything close to a normal life and the only way to do things like other people the world has to be molded around you.

i thought about being the parents of these kids. Your life is now about taking care of that child until it dies. that cannot be anything but misery. I know some people dont mind it but thats nothing but a burden from that point on.
