Go to your local grocery store and in the canning isle find Alum.

Put the Alum on the infected/inflamed area and wrap it in a bandage. Change the bandage after about 12 hours and repeat. After about 3 days your infection should be all drawn out and the inflammation should be gone.

I had an ingrown toenail last summer. Take antibiotics and soak the toe in hot water. Like the point where it's almost too hot. This allows your body to notice your toe cause the water burns and then it sends what it can to calm down whatever is hurting.

Look online for some amoxicillin. That's infected bad. You need to clean it desperately and cut/dig out any part of the toenail that is ingrown or cutting into your toe itself. Then take the amoxicillin until the infection goes away. Take ibuprofen to reduce swelling and ice it and wrap it too.

Google fishmox for the amoxicillin. It's the same shit just can get that without a prescription. You're welcome.
