for an open party:

start with three 30 racks of shitty beer. natty, busch, keystone, rolling rock, etcetc.
provide a WRISTBAND for five bucks, (wristband gets endless beers, as long as they bring the can back.) dollar beer, dollar shot. (this is where your liquor comes in.)

by the time you run out of the three cases of beer, you have enough to grab a few more 30 racks to keep it going. meanwhile youve got sober monitors marking hands for those who have already gone in and paid so you know who's good and whos trying to crash.

the point is, keep a steady supply of beer and liquor, stay safe and even if your party gets busted, the cops will see that you made a fucking effort to be "safe" and will just tell people to leave instead of fucking them over.
