Starting in my teens, I got massive cluster headaches. The kind that make you puke for hours after everything in your stomach is gone. The kind that make you claw at your eyes trying to tear them out. The kind that makes you beg your mother to kill you so the pain will stop.
I've been there.

Find the room/closet with the least amount of light. Drink lots of water, if you can keep any down. take your caffeine and pain medication, crawl up into the fetal position and try to sleep. Sleep like you've never slept before.

Now that I'm older, my cluster headraces are more manageable. But even now, although I can physically function, I find my headaches still affect my judgment. So I must refrain from driving or operating heavy machinery for the next 24 hours.

If this is your first migraine or if it's been getting worse over time, go to the ER and get yourself checked for brain tumors. The two can often feel the same.

I used to get migraines all the time, then I read a book by a migraine specialist, and did an elimination diet where I stopped eating all foods that were possible migraine triggers and slowly re-introduced foods one at a time until I figured out which ones gave me headaches.

It was mostly onions and MSG for me.

Have you tried not eating? I've had a constant ear pain for three years, and the most recent diagnosis is 'ear migraine'. I was given a bunch of foods to not eat, and I've always felt a lot better before I ate a meal. I'm sure you've tried everything, but if you haven't tried just eating like bland chicken for a month, I'd give it a shot. I'm starting next week. It's a shit way to live, but at least its living.

I get these too, it's probably anxiety related. As soon as I figured out it was in my head, my headaches have gone from atleast 3 times a day to 3 times a week. You would be surprised how your body reacts to any uncomfortableness when anxious. Any minor pain can seem big.
