Hey /b/. This is the first time I ever did this, although I wish I never had to.. but my cousins birthday is coming up next month and I'd really love to buy her this game she's really into, the problems that I'm facing are that I can't transfer credits on steam in any possible way from my country and there are absolutely no game stores in my country... most of the games she has are gifts from other friends of hers or free to play games. I wish I could provide you guys with proof but the only proof I have is her facebook or steam profile page, and I know there are many decent people here but I really wish not to take the risk of getting involved with people whom wish to harm her or want to harass her. The only and easiest way I could think of obtaining this game for her is trough paypal, I never used it but the site seems legit and it's approved on steam. If you wish to help a bro in need then please send me some money. I feel very sic asking this but I don't know any other way. If you guys know any other way please tell me.. I'll wait here patiently and will close this thread when I reach my goal of $20. Thank you for you time.

Google tells me steam is available in Romania. If you are both in the same country then you don't need to send money internationally. Have you actually tried just buying the game with your debit card? What goes wrong?
