it sucks when you can't get a job. i was unemployed for 1year before i found my current job. started as a mechanic, my boss told me to learn welding and after a few month i had my papers. now i'm one of the best workers in my company because i can do everything, repairing things, welding etc. we build pipelines for the food industry and most of the times i'm alone there because "you will do it, you don't need anybody else". was a huge boost for my salary!

my point is, try to get a job in another field and show your boss how good you are and you will become essential for the company. and you need luck.
