One thing that always caught me as strange is that Europeans are always laughing at how fat we are in America but with the same breath will explain to us how bad we have it.

We can sit here all day talking about how each individual country is "greater" than another but not only is it subjective, but at the same time anybody could bring up a completely different subject as to why they personally think their country is better. To one person, the fact that we have the ability to own guns as a universal right unless you have mental illness', felonies, etc., could be considered a reason why America is better than other country.

Does that make it better? It depends on who you ask, it isn't objective because at the end of the day whichever country is "the best" depends on personal preference of how a person wants to live. I personally see the rights to own a firearm and the increased crime that may or may not go with it as a necessary risk to secure the country against the possibility of a greater threat. But that's merely my opinion.

If you want some advice I can tell you that wanting to do something in your life is considered a passion. I at one point had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and I honestly still don't, but one thing people don't seem to understand very well is the concept of passion.

It's true that some people have an innate passion for certain things, but more often than not a passion is a result of continuing a skill or hobby. For example, a great artist typically has drawn since they were a kid (although an adult could obviously gain the same skill if they started right now and continued at the same rate or more with practice). Passion and wanting to do something with your life is entirely something that you forge yourself, you have to pick something and work at it, eventually you will become passionate about that thing the more you do it. This isn't true with everything, but it's true with most things.

Just pick one thing bro, it will all work itself out. As long as you don't wait around for a few years like I did to pick one thing and stick with it you'll do fine, but use your brain and choose something that will make money but is also not completely boring to your personality type. For me it is geology, and it took me a long ass time to see it despite it being right under my nose. If you are interested in going so far as to buy a book there are two books that I have bought so far that are worth 100X the price I paid for them. "The 48 Laws of Power" and "Marcus Aurelius' Meditations". Good luck brofessor
