It's one joint barely. depending on if you mix it with tobacco or not. I don't know what the standard prices in Australia is, but if you bought it from a stranger, it's an alright price. It's a rip off price, but people rarely sell those quantities.

It should have been maybe 2.5 to 5 dollars for a quarter of a gram. It's alright weed at least by the looks of it, although that doesn't say a lot. It can be totally shit as well, atleast it's trimmed and almost ripe if not ripe.

I used to take 200mg about 1-2 times a week. Just make sure you're in a place you wanna be comfy and do what you usually do when you're baked beyond belief. Have some music on, snacks/water/beers ready and have something to do or watch. By 200mg+ you probably will want to just watch something.

Also first one or two times doing that much you might run the risk of falling asleep if you're tired.
