Well for starters OP, LSD is not a "light" drug.

Take enough of it over the course of your life, and your brain starts being permanently damaged by it. Ordinarily this is manifested as things like movement having light trails, or seeing random weird shit from time to time.

Naturally, this gets worse the more LSD you take.

Weed can induce paranoia. It will also cause you to perceive the world as less real. With all that LSD you've been taking in addition to it, you've probably made yourself hyper alert to other people, which will make the paranoia much worse. I don't know shit about MDMA other than that it's a hallucinogen, but it probably has similar brain destroying effects and isn't helping your case any.

Stop pondering. I went through the same thing after a really bad LSD trip. Took me months of denying patterns and learning new things to fix myself. I also ended up moving away from all of the friends who I felt were being this way towards me. I thought I would never get better, but I did. Although I will never be the same, and I can't blindly trust people as much as I once could. I stopped doing drugs because that was clearly the cause of my suffering, no matter how strong I was or how harmless I thought they were.

Take my advice, give that shit up.. You won't be missing anything.

However I usually notice that for every bad vibe i get from someone, there is someone else around who I feel is trying to help me.
