Just as the anus can be penetrated in anal sex, but that does not make it permissible for anal sex to happen - it's haraam/forbidden.

Regardless of how backwards some of these muslims can be nowadays, the contribution of the scientists from that era should not be forgotten.

Plus those scientists, they were real scientists, most of them aren't even religious.

It's like if you were a German scientist in Nazi Germany. Your scientific research is just scientific, not Nazi scientific, and you might not even be a believer in the Nazi ideology despite the government officials praising you as a Nazi scientist.

Don't really care about religion. I care more about facts and proper crediting.
