If you manage to get all of the dust out that's great, but a pin that is bent pretty much kills the CPU. If you manage to straighten it and clean it to the point where there is absolutely no dirt, you could try putting it the socket and see if it fits or not. If it doesn't seem right, don't use it just accept its fucked. If it seems safe to push it down then do so at your own risk, and give it a try. I doubt it'll work though.
