Here's what i gathered.
1. The alarm contacts the police
2. It's hard to say how long but I can't imagine it being incredibly fast, can someone get me the location of the local police in that area

4. I would assume the police would contact them if we call about their house in particular, we need to be very careful about how we word the call.
