Their only other outlet is watching CP, which results in creating a demand for it which also results in more children being exploited. An individual pedo is probably not directly responsible for this, but the existence of pedophiles as a whole is.

So these are people who have some kind of mental illness or sexual orientation that makes them have sexual desires that they cannot express without contributing to children being harmed. Many are not even attracted to adults.

Maybe there are some pedophiles who have the fortitude and moral courage to give up all sexual desire in order to prevent themselves from being dangers to society. But most people aren't that strong. Even if they don't want to hurt anyone, it's very likely that they will.

It's better just to remove people from society if they turn out to be pedos, one way or the other, regardless of whether or not they have hurt anyone. It sucks for them, but we should be more concerned with the safety for our children, and that requires us to make some hard choices like that.
