But i dont care about Mario. Its games like Zelda that turned into garbage. Botw gets boring pretty fast and the minimalistic soundtrack isnt iconic enough for me.
I loved the lost wood themes and all those magic places.
It was like playing a fairytale or atleast you could use a bit of your imagination. The game was serious. Deku tree died and the world was in real danger.
The tone was perfect.
Bosses and Dungeons in botw arent bad at all but they lack enemys and a well designed boss not some l4zer shooting purple ganonthing. Fuck that slime on the ground wtf is that.

BotW is a fantastic game with easily over 100 hours, even if you aren't trying for 100%.

If you're looking for justification to buy one, wait til E3. It is in June and you'll see all the stuff planned for the next fiscal year. TBH Mario kart 8 was great on the wii u and the new shit and higher rez will make it more refreshing on the switch. Plus, splatoon 2 and Mario odyssey look great. I have a pretty damn good PC at home and I run most AAA titles at 120-80 frames on ultra 1080p. I don't need another console because I stopped caring about most of the exclusives a long time ago. And I have 90% of the games available to me. I bought the Switch because its something different and the Nintendo exclusives are just something special. I skipped on the Wii U and I dodged a bullet but the Switch actually brings something to the table. I'm playing Snipper Clips with my girlfriend right now and hopefully I can play Mario Kart or Smash pretty simply when I go over to a friend's. It's not something I can do on PC. Well given the fact I have 10 games on it I'm thoroughly enjoying more than anything that's come out for my PS4 or PC mainly due to the fact I can take it with my to work and play on break I'd say it's not a gimmick it's a necessity everyone should get on board with. If I had a PS4 that was portable, this level of portable, it would be marvelous. Also I put 150 hours into Zelda so far, been playing a lot of games on it and I would prefer any third party game on this thing more than any other platform. I'd say based on when it released and how well it sold it isn't going anywhere any time soon so nice try bait.

Nintendo is a living room console, it is incredible as one of my most played games is the smash series, Wii U was spectacular playing it in a 60 inches flat with 8 players, we were all drinking, smoking weed and doing cocaine various times. My crib house has one wii u with 8 controls and has given us incoubtable joy and bonding experiences
