There are programs available and there are some in Europe that are available online/distance calling now too. There has been some new development that the US has been reluctant to accept in the treatment and assistance of people with pedophilia and similar conditions. Most people are quick to say them them or castrate them or burn them at the stake... but it is obviously, based on the sheer number of people who are into such things, a real issue that needs to be contended with in a serious manner. Do some further research on programs you may be able to participate in online or in communities near hours. Avoid religious-based or peer-based programs- they can really fuck you up worse.
