Well my friend, take the honest route. She will have to get a court order for a DNA test, which you'll have to complete within 30 days time. It's probably not your kid, so it's pretty safe to roll those dice.

Now, if it is your kid, tell the court you want custody. This will delay the process. It will take around 4 months to get a hearing. At this time, you want to deflate your income as much as possible. Shift to part time and make the rest under the table.

When you get to court, you will fill out some paperwork that is all income based to determine how much you forfeit in child support. Your bills don't mean shit, it's gross income dependant, so hopefully you've deflated to a much lower level.

When your hearing happens, tell the court that your situation has changed and you no longer want custody. She will get it by default and you'll get your order to pay.
