You need to have things to do. Even things to play with. When i used to trip occasionally, If i didn't prepare I would get so overwhelmed by the fact I could do so many things, that I just didn't know what to do with myself. Because of that I was left with my thoughts, and it got scary at times. Luckily I could bring myself back to positive thinking but it's way nicer when you prepare.
