If you want to see "cp" or "gore", you will find only torrents, which won't go trough the Tor network and as such can get you tracked. If you want to torrent deep web stuff you need a VPN at least, tough i'd rather recommend using Tails.

By that I mean how you access the non scam or troll parts of it.
Basically 99% of real sites only stay up for ~6-12 hours before they change links.
Those new links are usually distributed in an encrypted form on certain surface web platforms that only regulars know about (usually on high traffic websites so it doesn't raise any suspicion, eg. some YouTube channel or twitter account).
Like I said only those who know have the knowledge or tools in some cases to decrypt the info and get the new link.
