Figured I'd throw in my two cents.
The fact of the matter is that at this point, vaping is not shown to harm you in any way unless you have an allergy to PG, or you fuck around with the batteries too much and blow your head off, which it's easy to learn NOT to do that.
Depending on how you vape, it can easily be just as expensive if not more expensive than smoking cigarettes.
I don't really care what people say about it, I think the clouds and the flavor is pretty cool and at least I'm not killing myself by doing it.
As for the picture you attached, OP, that is the SMOK Alien 220W kit and should set you up pretty nicely, but I hear the paint chips off pretty easily. $50 is a good deal for it.

been on it 6 months. I used it to get off cigarettes mainly for money reasons. Said to myself I'd stick it a year (no pressure). You'll quickly get over the attachment to cigarettes once getting your nicotine hit. A timeline:

3 days: wasn't even reaching for a cigarette - forgot about them alltogether
1 week: ditched the tobacco flavour for something sweeter.
2 weeks: went from the 18mg to 6mg
2 months: 6mg to 3mg
3months: mix 6mg half and half with 0mg (they do a 3 in some places but I couldn't get the flavour I like)

I'm pretty sure I'll soon be on 0mg exclusively - at which point I won't have the excuse of coming off of cigarettes and my pride will make me give up the 'habit' rather than be considered a 'sports vaper'.
