This stuff 100% works.
In my experience, you can take or leave some of the parts you don't like, but by FAR the points to take away are how important confidence is and how women want attention and are attracted to status.
You don't have to be an outright douche but you do have to stop kissing their ass. The "ignore" parts start to come naturally after awhile, and the three date minimum thing isn't a hardfast rule (but helps if you just love sticking to rules).

It's also a good list for avoiding friendzone situations. It doesn't mean every woman you meet is going to want to fuck you, but it does mean you have a legitimate shot at pretty much anyone.
