If you can convince somebody to duo bosses with you, GW2 isn't too bad either. Vindicta's really good money. Bossing isn't too bad, it's just getting used to it. If you're worried look up some guides on youtube.

I did frosts at around your stats without too much trouble, they seem scarier than they really are. Plus they're pretty close to a lodestone so if you have to bank it's not too big of a deal. You can probably get around ~100-150 in an hour and make around 1.5-1.8mil.
