I should've worded it better. When entering a different country, you should follow the laws instated by the country but you should follow your own by your self. For example, if a country's law is you have to kill one person every month, then I wouldn't participate but I wouldn't try to stop that law either.

Another example, is if a country makes it so you have to eat Pork at least once a month, then you don't eat pork, but at the same time, you don't prevent other citizens from practicing the law. If those conditions can't be met, then you must leave the country or completely assimilate.
