That was three years ago. These days I still do it but remember, it doesn't last very long. The higher you get, the harder the fall, and having just been that high, when you come back down it doesn't feel like coming down, it feels like sinking into depression until your body normalises. I get what I call "coke blues" that prevents me from taking decent amounts unless there's a lot going around and I have a place to be by myself after. My friends know to just let me ride it it and go quiet when I'm coming down and we've run out. That's why I just bump little bits instead of railing big lines like I used to. For most people however, you can get numbing in your upper frontal teeth and in the back of your nasal cavity/throat. Even then it feels shitty but you can smoke (if you have a vaporiser, they don't feel as good but they don't make you gag).

For me the sociability aspect has always been the best part. Stimulants in general are known for this especially Methamphetamine. Clear your nose by blowing it or snorting a tiny bit of water from your hand or a spoon, because you don't want your coke to mix with boogers or be all blocked up.
Make sure you cut the coke super fine. I'm not sure the exact reason but the more fine the better, a razor blade is preferred over a credit card but card will work.

-Taking lines is a boss way to do a drug.

Cons
-You need to keep taking every 30 mins-1hr. If you go more than an hour or 2 without hitting again you'll start to feel the top end of the high taper off. Once you lose the 'prime' high, you'll never get it back that night. You need to constantly keep taking to be there.
-The drip sucks but is manageable by drinking and smoking.
-Its an awkward drug to take when out partying. Going into bathroom stalls and finding there isn't a single surface to make a line and realizing you need to do bumps is shit.
-Its so fucking expensive. 3-4 times what the high is actually worth paying for. Its a designer drug now through and through.

Pro tips
-First time you take it, don't get too drunk beforehand. It creates a new, more potent (and dangerous) compound when combined with alcohol.
-Don't take thinner lines than you've previously had to space out your supply, its a waste of time. Take fat lines and always take fat lines until your out.
-Don't be the guy that spends 10 minutes meticulously making perfect lines, no one gives a fuck.

You know when you get punched in the mouth and there's a split second before it starts to hurt where it's kinda warm and numb? It feels like that only it lasts about 30min-1hr and it costs 60 bucks to keep 2 people high for 3 hours.

Cocaethylene is realistically a way to make the experience that bit more intense. More a seasoned drug user then drinking is absolutely fine but it's definitely advisable to not drink too much for the first time.

And if the gear gives you a gut rush then beer won't help.

Yes that's the effect of real, barely altered cocaine. However sadly unless you happen to be friends/related to people who are distributing it and even then, they might still get shit cocaine. And it's even harder depending where you are in the country.

But yes, it's absolutely addictive. It makes you, a better you, just for half hour.
