I'm 21 years old, male, from Germany and would like to have some advice.
I seem to have developed a major depression and a personality disorder of some type (most likely AvPD) due to the circumstances under which I grew up.
The problem is I usually have a tense feeling whenever I want to accomplish or change anything, resulting in not doing much. I'm getting a feeling of inferiority and even getting compliments from friends (I'm pretty popular, however I'm keeing my circle of friends small) means less for me.
I got to befriend with a woman I like, but I am a kissless virgin, so I experience the feelings above-mentioned more intense while talking or messaging her. I started smoking weed 3 years ago, is fun, I'm a student. By now I smoke weed to get less anxieous and to increase my appetite, but it slows me down.

I would like to know if you have any advice for me, how I get more into doing something and less into worrying about something, which, at a logical level, is not even worth worrying about.
