The camera freezes frame, and goes in for a slow motion of the high five, medium close-up of you and elon, with big smiles on your faces, and a 70s sitcom television show music kicks in. Elon goes in for a final slow-mo wink.

Due to our awesome immigration standards which people want lowered. Also, the only immigrants who can make the move have to be the "cream of the crop" of Africans, the wealthiest and the brightest, in order to make the move. I doubt African college standards are as high as American ones, though. I read that immigrant doctors in the UK are more likely to fail their re-certification exams than native doctors, and I'm sure Africans aren't an exception.

So what will happen to the college educated African children within a few generations? They will become just like the Africans we see in France, and the Blacks we see in the US. They will regress toward the mean.
