Its not testicular torsion if it was you would be in an ungodly fucking pain. It also isnt cancer as its usually painless you just develop a bump on the side of the testicle not the epididymis.

What you have most likely have is epididymitis which is swelling and or pain of the epididymis. It starts off as a dull pain that comes and goes but slowly over 6-12 days develops as a full blown swelling. This could be caused by an std or any other bacterial infection.

Get it taken care of IMMEDIATELY. DON'T EVEN WAIT IF IT SWELLS UP YOUR TESTICLE IN A CASE OF ACUTE EPIDIDYMITIS YOU WILL BE IN A WORLD OF HURT FOR A LONG TIME. If left alone you can also develop prostatitis due tp the infection slowly seeping to your prostate and there's no coming back from that. It will bother you the rest of your life if not treated properly. GET ANTIBIOTICS FAST!! (Azithromycin 2mg is the equivalent of thermonuclear warfare against STD bacteria and if its early enough it will get rid of it and never bother you again. You might also get a shot for the clap. Absolutely see a doctor. I had this and ignored it, and one day woke up with the most immense pain of my life. I thought I had a testicular torsion.

It was testicular epididimytis, which was cured with a course of antibiotics and could have been treated a lot sooner had I gone to the doctor when I felt the initial dull pain instead of waiting to the last minute and only going when I was in agony.

All came back as nothing to worry about. It will eventually away but come back again now and then. I know a few people that have this.
