Go to this directory (you may need to change a part I'm doing this from memory)
C: users/(the computers name)/appdata/local/microsoft/windows/explorer

Grab all the thumbcache files and put them on a flash drive

Google thumbcache viewer and download one of the programs

Thumbcache files save a thumbnail of all files that have pictures so you should have a record of all files she looked at since the last time it was wiped.

Another thing to look for is saved passwords on her browser. Firefox and google chrome will allow you to see them. Hopefully you get her email/facebook password to look through those. If you have her icloud password someone can also rip her phone backup for potential win.
