I got 4 wisdom teeth taken out in a session and only got local anaesthesia. My dentist needed 40 minutes to get the first tooth out, cutting away the flesh, grinding away bone from my jaw and all. I didn't feel a thing except when he was leaning in to mobilise the tooth.
Even the pain afterwards was manageable thanks to painkillers.

The worst part of everything was when he hit the nerve with the needle for the anaesthesia, it felt so horrible and weird. His reply to me flinching was "Oh, hit the nerve? At least it will go numb faster"

I'd go to an oral surgeon to get em removed. Your mouth looks similar to what happened to me. Area around one wisdom tooth became inflamed, leading me to get them all out. I was put under with an IV drip to have em out. I couldn't imagine getting them taken out without sedation.

After you get the tooth pulled make sure you drink from a straw. You want to get all that infection and gunk from the extraction site and have a nice clean dry socket.
