I suggest Keylogger 24. Works nicely, but it may be picked up by the antivirus. In which case - just put in a scanning exclusion. This keylogger also takes screenshots of user activity and captures the clipboard which is nice for reviewing later.

i've done one with visual basic. its not even hard if you know anything about programming.

basically the program just "probes" possible keystrokes many times in every second. so when sexy ass little sister writes her password, program will catch those key presses and store them somewhere.

of course there's no visible ui or anything
