Abrams. No contest. The 8.8 cm KwK 43 wouldn't be able to penetrate the Abrams' frontal armor, even at point-blank range.

The M1A1 used during the Gulf War could oneshot Iraqi T-72's at 2,000 meters. Maybe, if one of the Tigers managed to get behind the Abrams and get a shot at the engine block, they might have a chance of at least immobilizing it or even disabling it. But they'd have to clear two kilometers of terrain while under fire, then get around the Abrams in order to get a clean shot, and that's assuming the Abrams isn't moving at all.

Oh, and the Tigers can't fire accurately while on the move. The Abrams can.
