This guy had me with the casino orgy nigga. Plus egg and tomato are a good sandwhich combo. Another thing to consider is getting a mega box of rice, and a cheap protein. You can stretch it, add whatever spices you want to change flavor profile. Dont be afraid to go for less traditional proteins either. Cheaper things like offal, are ridiculously easy to prepare. Skins, hearts, livers.

Rice, beans, and bananas.

Bag of Rice = $2-3 dollars
Bag of dried beans = $2-3 dollars
Bundle of bananas = $2

Healthy and cheap. Aint nothin wrong with it. Be poor like a boss... in fact, you'll be eating healthier than most other shitty american diets.

Frozen peas or corn, a couple of pounds of store brand pasta, and some butter.

Boil the pasta, put the frozen veggies under the collander while you drain it, and add butter and salt and pepper. Add some leftover oil if you have it as well. Store leftovers in containers in the fridge and eat it all week.

You'd be surprised how long a few pounds of pasta will last you. If you see a deal, you can get both pasta and brown rice and mix it up.

For $8 a week you won't be able to do much so maximize the carb and vegetables with what you have.

>>726070334
Actually yea, find a dozen eggs. sometimes range between $.79 & $1.50 in oregon. You should be able to get all 4 items

I still think store brand pasta is the way to go. Safeway regularly has their brand with five 1 pound boxes for $5, sometimes even cheaper. Pasta with salt and pepper and whatever other dried spices you have leftover in your cabinet (garlic powder, cayenne, thyme, etc) isn't bad at all.

You can't afford anything - and I mean anything - fancy for $8. That means no milk, no meat, no cheese, no cereal, no bread that isn't the ultra cheap generic white bread, no brand names, no frozen meals, nothing of convenience.

Load up on carbs and frozen veggies and of course get whatever is on sale the most. It's not sustainable for more than a few weeks, so if you only have $8 to spend for more than a month, you should reduce your expenses.

if you aren't a nigger and have a pantry, all pancake mix is a couple ingredients sold at huge markup by quantity.
considering op needs to survive off 8$ he's probably a nigger or other untermensch who spent his welfare on some street clothing brand clothing or his car payments while he lives in section 8 housing.
on the off chance he's actually human, pancake batter is:
>flour
>salt
>sugar
>baking powder
>baking soda
milk, eggs and/oil vegetable oil can be added.
you can probably google this if you can use 4chan.

A writer at my college newspaper went a week without paying for food just living off free food given away on campus.

Carbonara is made of 4, and only 4 ingredients. His meal contains one of those, pasta. That is equivalent to calling raisins, cheese, and sesame seeds wrapped in lettuce a BLT.

"Lol broke college kid XD" bullshit aside, ramen noodles really are the best bang for you buck. It's about $2.50 for a 12 pack. Even if you eat two or each meal, that's 6 meals for less than $3. Also, remember you can get 2 liter bottles of pretty much any soft drink for around $1 or so. It's not gonna be a good week, but it's definitely doable.

You can get a cup of Ramen for about 30 cents each, so 21 of those is roughly $6. For another $2, you can get dozen eggs... Boil some hot water, poach an egg and add it to y our Ramen.. Make sure to only use an egg every other meal. Yes, I have experience with eating this way

Look for sales at your local supermarkets. Use coupons. Ramen (make it with a lot of water since it'll be more filling). Eggs, tuna, cheap bread (the ones you get that are 3 for a dollar), beans, ask for soy sauce and ketchup at fast food places. Hot sauce too if you could get it.

Good luck anon, I've been in that struggle

I volunteered at a food bank/shelters for a time and even went overseas as medical/dental aid several times, never a doctor mind you but a qualified assistant/box mover.
Muslims were assholes who gave us lip service but hated us, Taqiya as it is. Christians were hated minorities who were genuinely grateful.
That said most food bank goods are expired but serviceable. If you can, find out which food banks the local yuppie grocery stores donate to, they are more likely to have fresher produce as the yuppie places place more importance on the appearance of the produce than the age. You can find ugly but fresh things if the community service rats and people running the service don't take all of it before it reaches the floor.

Well, you won't feel hungry at all for the duration, but meth isn't really cost effective. If you must insist on stimulants with a budget, research chemicals save a TON.
$25 can get 3 months of daily 4F-MPH, IPH, Hexen, or whatever else is popular nowadays.
Not a good idea, obviously, but whatever.

no profit in paying someone to take your refuse away.
it's a tax write off if you donate it while it can still be consumed.

the only time bulk food goes to waste processing is when it cannot be legally donated or is some liability (recall or destroy order).

sorry, forgot an important point, don't dumpster dive unless it is restaurant/similar but even that poses significant food sanitation issues. you're at the risk of the retards running that establishment.
food leaving grocery/department stores is not usually safe to eat even if it is potentially edible. having done that work i would not eat anything out of a grocery/department store dumpster unless it looked and smelled good going in and was fried at high temp or something.
freeganism is a joke.
>>
mushroom soup, broad egg noodles $1.80, combine whole bag, stretch for days, any kind of pasta noodle + can of sauce, maybe stewed tomatoes, these are just basics with the meats cut out. a can of generic cream soups poured into a full bag or pot of pasta works well though, rice and boullion when you get $
