Sounds about right, I wasn't here for all that long when that was going on. It was the same sort of setup though- anxiety about a battery of upcoming tests, followed by what to do over the break. A lot of people here had a bunch on their plate over the holidays now that I look back on it.

They really do make the time after spring break count now, it was busy for me when I'd get back from it, but it would usually be at a level where there were gaps between papers to at least breathe a bit.

I don't know how much you pay attention to the politics of this thread, but there's more or less a few cliques. If you don't run afoul of any of them, it's a hugbox. If you run afoul of one, you'll get a constant stream of love and hate.
If you start pissing off a good number of them, you either end up like chen and sachi, where nearly nobody talks to you unprovoked, or like Mash where you get constantly berated.

I guess the root of some of that anxiety might also be in the back of your mind- what comes after classes are done, and the grades are what they are. Same advice as before would apply, but if you find yourself getting rattled, it's always a good idea to get back to even the basic things that make a day feel more regular. It could be as simple as a favorite meal, hitting the gym, or doing things at a particular time. Anything to make you feel more in control when things are swirling around you.

Music is probably my biggest outlet at the moment, I love playing and listening to it. I play guitar and drums as a hobby. I used to be big into vidya, but I've kind of stepped back a bit and just play with friends now. See above for music, I love all kinds of rock. March Madness and NBA, though MM was just the crappy play-in games. They're good from the standpoint of seeing two teams go for broke, but it can be sloppy basketball to watch at times.

I know the pain of having to pay back on taxes, at one point my tax man basically told me that I was making too much for a single person and had to pay more than I expected one year because I got bumped up into the next tax bracket by a few hundred bucks. I should get a decent amount back this year- probably gonna file this weekend.
