Fencing is a great sport. I was the fittest I've ever been when I was training for it, and my coach had some amazing skills. He showed us how to use an umbrella to block somebody's punch, trap their arm and break it in this crazy ass, split second combo move... Wish I'd stuck with it.

Ich kann ja verstehen, dass manch einem die linksversiffte Presse schon so stark zugesetzt hat, sodass er denkt, dass Verbindungen, Landsmannschaften, Corps etc. irgendetwas mit rechter Einstellung zu tun hätten.
Ich bin selber kein Verbindungsstudent, finde es aber toll und gut, dass es noch viele gibt, die diese ehrwürdige Tradition in Deutschland fortführen (ob nun schlagend oder farbentragend sei dahingestellt), was ich zum Beispiel in meinem Auslandsstudium sehr vermisse.

Wenn man das ganze mal geschichtlich betrachtet sollten wir alle dieses Netzwerk von demokratischen Institutionen unterstützen und nicht verurteilen.
