I can't avoid feeling scammed even if their intentions are good. Here in Spain, working unpaid overtime is damned epidemy. Especially if you are a waiter.

Some people are paid for working part-time but they do way more than full-time hours. And not only you risk yourself getting fired. Your own workmates treat you like shit for doing so, not only because they wish they had rights, but also because they have to do your job if you don't allow to be abused.

And the overall picture is even worse when similar things happen even in the best restaurants here. There's no escape.
