Use Bacitracin on creme, 250 UI/g (generic name, I´m not familiar with commercial meds in USA) and tablets, dicloxacilin (generic again) 500 mg every 8 hours for 3 days. If the pain increases, get fever, swollens or you can´t poop, go to a Doc nearby.
