You fuckers have this all wrong. Medical records would not indicate AIDS foremost, but rather would indicate the an HIV infection. The latter is a virus for which people are regularly tested. The former is simply a syndrome that, while most often caused by the HIV virus, is not necessarily done so.

So, if you really want to not sound retarded, you should spread that rumor that he has tested positive for HIV, and not that he "has AIDS".
