Perhaps the astronomical improbability that life could evolve beyond single-celled organisms without being engineered to, but the science is still up in the air on that one. We just don't know enough about the universe to say for sure.

Ultimately, theism is just a theory about how the the universe came to be; that it was designed by a conscious being. Maybe we'll never know enough about the beginning of space and time to substantiate or discredit it as a theory.
