OK, I'll break it down. Vet told me he has kidney disease, and he hasn't been eating or drinking much in the past few days. He apparently slept all night in his litter box on top of his own shit. Never ever did that before.

Today he's been stumbling around and putting his head into things. It's like he's lost his vision and is completely disoriented.

I've been force feeding him fluids with dropper, but he's just getting worse.

I killed a dog once by stomping on its head after I fell off a ladder and it ran up and sniffed/licked my face the way dogs do when people are on the ground near them. It was my ex's dog I got stuck with and I hated it. Stomped it's fucking head in.

I also killed a baby bird that fell out of the nest and it's bone was sticking out. I liked it and didn't want to kill it but it was suffering bad so I crushed it while it slept with a giant piece of wood and buried it. I felt bad but I couldn't let it slowly starve. All the other birds got mad though.

I tried fucking a dog too, a female dog in the pussy, not the same one I killed. It felt good as hell and I came in it but never got to do it again (friends dog, he didn't know)

Cat's don't just have "kidney disease". What kind of kidney disease? You never answered if he's on medication? It sounds more like he might have had a seizure if anything at all. He could also be dehydrated. None of those symptoms sound like dying. Take a photo of his eyes and post it.

OP i have butchered animals before and i hunt deer every year and let me tell you killing an animal sucks. i love hunting but nearly every time, even brain hits, the animal dies painfully.
even when you butcher cutting a pigs throat it takes forever to die and it does not have a good time.
deer are the worst you can remove their entire brain and they will still trash on teh ground or make unsettling movements.

best thing to do is sever their spine right below the brain or in the neck, they stop moving instantly then you can bleed them out via juggular, they will die in just a couple of minutes.

i have killed many many large mammals and i still took my cat to the vet to be put down. i really don't want to see it die a painfull death which is the only way you can kill it without drugs.

In my opinion and based off my education in the field so far I think he had a stroke. HOWEVER, don't panic because many cats live long past this after being put on the right medication . Strokes can be caused by kidney disease, which goes along with what your vet said.

He won't die from this, but it seems that he's very fatigued and you should let him rest. I don't think he's dying, but rather disoriented and needs to get some sleep.
