CPA at an accounting firm. 2 years in and I make 60k +bonus and benefits.

I don't meet or get chicks at work but some of the young professional networking events have a lot. I would say the only way it helps get chicks is that when they do finally come over my adult lvl apartment with all my fun stuff is always commented on.

I live in a hillbilly area, so stupid customers are constant, especially when they try to work on their own shit and don't want you to know.

Have had a lady argue with me for 20 minutes that her boxes were working 2 days ago, despite the fact the power cords were missing. She had no idea what I was talking about.

Worst hoarder house I was ever in was about 3 years ago. Just stacks of newspapers, magazines, un-opened VHS tapes, and of course empty cans and over flowing ashtrays everywhere. Now that's just me, some techs will refuse to go in houses like that, so it's not like they force us, but here it happens too often for me to refuse 20% of my jobs, so it's become my speciality.

Kudos though to the techs up north in the city. We got some guys from Gary and Chicago that don't flinch on a job when a drive-by is happening.

It's a fantastic job if you enjoy sharing knowledge that you're passionate about. It's rare these days, but every now and then I get that beautiful moment in a lecture when students venture original ideas forward and debate one another critically. You have complete and total freedom over your own curriculum. You're given key areas that must be taught, but how you get there and what you do is up to you. You rarely interact with any higher levels or bosses. We have faculty meetings once per month, but those meetings are just teacher's union info and just what's coming in the following months (spring flings, etc.).

Unfortunately, many students just sit and stare at me like deer in headlights. The kids right out of high school are the worst. I don't know what they're doing to these kids in high school, but they are the most robotic, anxiety-riddled students, ever.

I love my job. It fulfills me on a deep level. I see teaching as the perfect synergy between science, in the way that students learn, and art, in the way that the material is conveyed with technique and performance.

As far as women, yes, absolutely there are professors who hook up with students. I'm married. I can't. It's fucking torture. Being a faithful man and teaching at the college level is oppressive. That's the best word for it. Around 10% of the female students throw themselves at the professor. They dress sluttier each class and get more obvious with each interaction.

The worst part is that this ISN'T high school, so there is really no consequence. They're legal.

get your security licenses, you'll need basic security license(D), armed security(G) then PI license. this will let you work while armed and PI will let you actually work in plain clothes instead of uniform and keep gun concealed rather than displayed in uniform like normal guards.
you can use time served to get PI license since you do need years of experience to get it(in florida its 2 years 4096 hours). when you have that you need to either find an agency or do freelance. i suggest looking up agency who handles protective details and doing some work with them since then when they see what you can do they will give you better posts and if an individual likes you you can be hired by them to join there security team(celebrities).
you should have no issue getting licenses and then work since ex military does well in this field, especially as personal guards

after working for a year and taking 2 semesters of criminal justice to lower amount of time i needed for PI license i got it and went to work for an agency where i did expo work and eventually got picked up by the agency i work for now after almost killing one of their guys.
first few years were rough since i am young and only training i had was license and any personal training i went and got rather than being exLEO or military. but now its pretty good since i've proven what i can do and honestly enjoy this more than what i finally got my degree in.

i make ~40k+ a year working 2-4 days a week and playing video games or hanging out at bars the rest of the time. i know people that make over $100k working 5-6 days. i am completely financially independent, live within san francisco paying $1000~ for rent+utils and have about $60k saved up.

the job is hard physical work and you drink a lot, but it's super fun and rewarding to be paid based on how hard you work. tips are usually between $190-360 a night, depending on business obviously. 2-week paycheck is between $700-900 for the most part.
